Do you think of yourself as a healthy eater?
Do you try to feed your family well?
Eating these days is a treacherous task. You might be surprised by how difficult it is to find truly healthy food. You may also be surprised to discover how important our food is to us. In fact, food was long regarded as the first medicine before the days of pharmaceuticals. There is tremendous scientific evidence showing the extent to which food affects brain development and function throughout life, particularly in utero, infancy and childhood.
Dr. Maya Shetreat-Klein, a holistic pediatric neurologist in New York City, discusses the impact of both foods and food additives on the brain in this one-hour teleclass.
In this class you will learn:
Top 5 chemicals that are found in 85% of the foods most americans consume today
Why are chemicals put in our foods
What happens once they are in your body
How to recognize the many names used by the food industry to hide those chemicals
What are the healthy alternatives
"Thank you so much, the class was great. Now that I have all this
information, I am going to make better food choices."
Justine Hudec, Alexandria, VA
